The company is an environmental and sustainability consultancy providing integrated, science-based solutions to support responsible development and environmental management. The company specialises in delivering technical consultancy services across environmental planning, impact assessment, water resources, and nature-based solutions, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, sustainability, and long-term resilience.
Our core business encompasses Environmental and Sustainability Consultancy, Environmental Impact and Environmental Management Studies, Environmental Monitoring and Data Analysis, Hydrology, Coastal and Marine Studies, as well as Natural Landscape Planning and Nature-Based Solutions. Ir. Dr. Nur Shazwani Muhammad
MIEM, P.Eng, Ph.D
Water Resources & Environmental Engineering
She holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University (USA), a Master's degree in Water Engineering from Cardiff University (UK), and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Universiti Malaya. She is a registered Professional Environmental Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (since 2018) and a Corporate Member of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia, specializing in Water Resources Engineering.
With over 20 years of experience spanning academia, research, and consultancy, she previously served at Universiti Teknologi MARA and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia until 2023. In 2025, she transitioned into professional practice by establishing EcoNadi Ventures Sdn. Bhd., an environmental and water engineering consultancy based in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
Her expertise includes hydrology and hydraulic modelling, environmental impact assessment, integrated river basin management, and water resources planning. She has led and contributed to more than 25 consultancy and research projects exceeding RM5 million in value, delivering science-based, sustainable, and climate-resilient solutions aligned with EcoNadi Ventures' technical and sustainability-driven vision.

Environmental and sustainability leader with extensive experience advising on environmental governance, regulatory compliance, and ESG integration across infrastructure, renewable energy, industrial, and coastal development sectors.
Registered Environmental Consultant with the Department of Environment Malaysia, Certified Sustainability (ESG) Practitioner, and Certified Erosion, Sediment and Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI). Brings deep regulatory insight and strategic oversight in guiding projects from feasibility through approval and implementation.
Provides executive leadership in environmental impact assessment (EIA), environmental management planning (EMP), sustainability strategy, and environmental risk advisory. Known for aligning development objectives with regulatory requirements while advancing responsible, future-focused growth.

Mohd Hafiz Bin Muawiah
Coastal & Civil Engineering Professional
Coastal Engineering & Marine Infrastructure
An experienced coastal and civil engineering professional with more than 14 years of industry experience spanning coastal engineering, hydraulic analysis, infrastructure works, and advanced surveying technologies. He began his career in 2009, gaining practical exposure in river improvement and wave modelling studies before moving into project leadership roles in 2015. In this capacity, he managed marine and coastal infrastructure projects including jetty construction, dredging operations, and coastal reclamation for key clients such as DRB-Hicom and the Department of Irrigation and Drainage (JPS).
From 2016 onwards, he has been involved in nationally significant programmes, including the National Hydrological Station Programme (RHN), and is well regarded for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and applying analytical, data-driven approaches to project delivery. He later co-established iCORE Group, focusing on sustainable coastal and marine consultancy services, complemented by the application of drone-based geospatial surveying as a certified CAAM RCOC-B drone pilot.

Landscape Architecture & Sustainable Design
A registered Landscape Architect and environmental design professional with extensive experience in landscape architecture, urban design, and sustainable master planning across Malaysia. He is also a Director of Perunding Hijaureka Sdn. Bhd., where he leads multidisciplinary landscape consultancy services covering public parks, residential and commercial developments, tourism landscapes, and environmental rehabilitation projects.
His work emphasises context-responsive design, ecological sensitivity, and the integration of functional green infrastructure to enhance both built and natural environments. Under his leadership, the firm has delivered award-recognised landscape planning initiatives and continues to contribute to sustainable urban and regional development. He remains actively engaged in advancing professional landscape practice and promoting environmentally responsible design solutions aligned with long-term community and environmental resilience.
